Hello Everyone, we know many of you have been checking this site for some sort of update on the status of Coney Island Shortcakes. Those of you who have been out to Coney Island looking for us have already realized we aren’t out on the boardwalk. This summer we decided to focus on an entriely different type of project, our son. Easton Coney Weise was born on May 2nd. He is absolutley amazing and we love him more than anything. As you can tell by his name our thoughts are still on the boardwalk, but instead of trying to run the shortcake business and figure out a new baby this summer, we decided it was best to just focus on taking care of him. We already miss the amazing friends and customers we met last summer and although we won’t be serving all of you the best and only strawberry shortcake in Coney island, we look forward to seeing some of you when we visit with Easton this summer.
